if I give land to muslim ruler to rule muslim lan as christian will there be religious unrest still?

I think it shouldn't. At least that's how it works with culture: what matter is the culture of the personal ruler of the province, not the top-tier ruler.
Granted said Muslim ruler will hate you for not being Muslim and will probably start/join factions to oust you.
It should work but it's probably more efficient in the long run to convert them as the muslim is going to be hard to convert and also is going to hate you.
Well, yes, assimilation is more efficient in the long run... 
But sometimes it's just more fun to have a multicultural empire. It can add quite a bit of difficulty in an otherwise bland run.

I cant see anything smiler between african and germanic
if not gonna allow them to have it atleast seperate them from each other what I say

- well, probably for the same raisins why indians and taoists are shoveled in one group and are all super tolerant towards each other. In any way africans and germanics are two extremes, just like for example Cathars and Orthodox. Orthodox in the game are tolerant towards Cathars although in reality they would had purged them with fire just like Catholics did.yea but why pagans are considered "same religious group"
