If I Customize any religious features, can I still get the achievement "What Could Have Been?"

This is nice to know- I had no idea it only required a random world, and didn't also check that all of the settings were also set to random. I would rather prefer to play with recognizable religions and kingdom boundaries instead of the full rando set-up.

Here's the code from the CK2 common folder for anyone who is skeptical (like I was until 10 minutes ago) that this achievement is really this easy:
