If England takes over France then they should be able to name themselves the angevin kingdom

Not as a new tag but just a cosmetic name like the latin empire.

Disagree, would rather just see England form France, that was always the goal of the Plantagenet family, the royal court was held in France and they wanted to impose their rule over the whole kingdom. Alternatively, a successful England would become the new France and have England as a junior partner in union, England was poorer than France and would've been abused by French nobles to further boost France, local English peasants and even lower nobles could've eventually had enough and attempt to secede.

As well, the term "Angevin Empire" isn't a term that was historically used, and is used by historians since the power base was in Anjou.

An 'Angevin Empire' rename is ahistorical and implies that your power base isn't in England.
