If commanders get 3 stat points instead of 2, should the starting generals be updated accordingly?

Well i think that the title is quite clear. As generals gain 3 points instead of 2 on leveling up, it means that a level 4 general who started level 1 would be much better than a starting level 4 general. The first would gain 6 skill points resulting in stats like 3 3 2 2 while with 3 points he would have 9 skill points with a result like 4 3 3 3. And this is just at level 4. Consequently all the base generals should get more skill points in order to allow them to not be outclassed by a random officer in the later stages of the game.

So, will this come in 1.5.2? Should I use the new skill points for the stats of the generals in my mods?

i kinda wonder why you not mention that aswell all traits who give bonus stats dont work for all starting generals. Just take a look at italys starting general pool and ask yourselve how they can have 1-1-1-1 stats while having traits that should give them more. Then give yourselve some PP and roll a few new generals and wonder why they get the stat bonuses if they roll a trait.

Ah yeah I have noticed that when I updated some of my mods but I have forgotten to include it here.

As a sidenote, I also added a little point here or there to have 1 1 2 1 generals to give a little bit of variety and encourage the use of real generals rather than random generated ones.
