If Assault and Defense Armies both good at suppressing unrest, what about other army types?

According to the stream and @Wiz's answer to a question, both assault and defense armies can handle unrest.

So what happens when you use psionic armies, robot armies, xenomorph armies, Gene Warriors, and Titans to suppress unrest?

I can't remember but it was stated somewhere that all armies reduce unrest the same. So I imagine that it'd be the same for those special armies as well. It would be nice to see some differences between them all (so Defensive armies actually have a chance of you know defending something).

The point of defense armies is that they are cheap. So if you need masses of armies merely to keep unrest down but not actually fight anything that's mostly what you use

And I agree: there should be a difference between each army in reducing unrest.

So what happens when you use psionic armies, robot armies, xenomorph armies, Gene Warriors, and Titans to suppress unrest?
According to our data right now, every army supresses Unrest at the same rate/unit.
Indeed being "the cheapest one to do the job" is the new purpose of defense armies. We could even rename them "Police Forces". Considering police is rarely asked to move to another country (what transports represent).

I mean, I know I'd find it hard to rest with xenomorph armies patrolling the streets...

I'd find it hard to go outside with terrible monsters prowling the streets.
The problem is that those monstes have difficulty doing a lot. You can not order a Xenomorph "troop" to do a Identity confirmation on everyone entering an area. They need scientist supervision to do anything but "slaugther everyone in sight".
And titanic beasts are huge, but few too. It is hard to keep a region pacified if they literally can not go into a house. At least without doing mass destruction to infrastructure.
So whatever intimitation effect they may have, is lost on the grounds of them being either to few or to dumb to do a lot of stuff a police force would have to do.

That makes me a little sad. I mean some slave would think about rebelling twice if the streets are patroled by genetically modiefied very strong super soldiers. If my garrison consists out of 20 year old just conscripted boys they are more likely to riot.

Also its a missed opportunity to make +X% army damage modifier more usefull by integrating the army damage into the reduce unrest formula. @Wiz maybe you could think about this again if it wouldnt be to hard to implement.

Also it would give as an additional reason to pursue to be able to recruit advanced and elite army units as they could effictivly strenghten our economy (lower unrest= more production output) so the pursue of recruting better armys would finaly be something worthwhile.

We cant rename armys right ? ( or did i missed it?)
Because if we cant...we should be able to. I mean armys are "meh" gameplay wise but roleplay wise that would be great.
Army names come from the name list file so you could make a custom name list where your defense armies are called "Hug Brigades" or "Military Police."
