Not sure atm, but you could simply check it out in-game with the freedom cheat, then (if you don't want to cheat for the moves itself) move back to the original positions and deactivate the cheat again.

Using the cheat counts as a slider move... he would have to play another full year after using the cheat, in order to tell whether it enabled the move to full CP.

Also think carefully about changing some sliders, cause it can effect the cabinett members and cause dissent when you have to change them back.

Judging by those slider setting's you're PA - I can't tell for sure, I don't have the game right now.

IIRC a Patenal Autocratic country can't go full CP.

Yes, I am.
I'm pretty sure this is controlled by the Authoritarian Slider not (or in addition to) the Open/Closed slider. IIRC you have to be Stalinist/Leninist or Fascist/National Socialist to go full CP.

That being said, I've never had a problem going full CP with Japan, but I always choose "listen to their Demands" in the 2-26 event.

That's what I generally do. But for once, I went for a change, chose "crush this coup" (better short-term choice, because you keep better ministers and get less dissent, which is nice when you plan on DOWing Chinas on MPBI)... and now I'm screwed. :(

I can move the sliders in whatever position I wish (so several moves in a row if needed) as long the cheat is activated. For example if I want to check what's needed to go more towards free market, I can move other sliders around until the free market one appears highlighted - works for me.
