Hello Paradox and CO, What I would love to see from you guys is Cities Skylines to be as memorable as SC4 was and is. You guys produces an amazing product. I do understand CO only has a very small team of about 13. That limits the game from being big as it already is. You guys are constantly working hard and updating it. Along with DLC. But! with every good game comes hold backs and challenges.

I would love to see this game be better optimized. For not only older computers but for newer ones to come! DX12 just came out so hopefully you will transfer that. It will help it be more optimized.

Suggestions:
More animations! ex. Broken roads, buildings being built with cranes as in the picture of the cover of the game, Rock quarry's!, seeing crime actually being committed! would be an amazing animation to bring to the game. Why? because not only do we see our cops arrest them but it helps bring more realism to the game! Who does not love realism! I would love to see lighting bugs at night kind of lighting up the night. More animals!!! As in SC4 you had an an option to place animals as you so please.

AI: I do understand it is a small team. But in real life vehicles do pull over for any emergency vehicle! we do and would appreciate that very much. Why? because the more realism the better the sales of the product! who doesn't want more sales??!! Now I have seen some problems with boats still going though walls and such. That needs to be addressed ASAP! please. helicopters and more boat options would also be appreciated. Because again it is more realistic with all that is there. I would love to see a cim actually getting on a boat and riding it. or a jet ski!

UI: I feel the UI needs to be more modernized. It kind of falls short. More in depth charts and taxed etc. We really want to be hands on with this game as much as we possibly can. Yes I understand we have mods. But modders can not pull off what you can! You guys needs to really utilize the UI some more!

Disasters! Disasters! Disasters!: I would love to see my nuclear power plant blow up! and radiate my city! I would love to see trucks and cars cause actual accidents. Spreadable fires from those accidents. NO! I don't want to have to go on to a different map for these either. I want it available for all maps! I want tornadoes lifting up buildings and trees etc. The amount of content you can put into this game is never ending! Would be cool to have heatwaves! Because of the dynamic water actually having tsunamis! Hurricanes! more destructible environments.

I would just like to thank you for all you are doing and have done with this game thus far. I am looking forward to what is to come in the coming months and years to come. You guys keep working hard! and enjoy your vacation in July!

Sincerely,
Jason

dont forget that if you have too many mods and assets, the game will crash as soon as you load the start menu. so modders are not the answer for solving problems, but should be looked at as a place to find out what the game needs and people want and then hopefully implement them as good or better then the modder did. instead of what we have seen now where it falls very short of the great work the modders have done. (a great example of that is fine road heights and terraforming in game)

Thank you for the feedback! Like you said, we are constantly working on the game, stay tuned for the news! Lately we've been concentrating on bug fixes and improvements. For the next months we will be working on something more substantial so there won't be frequent updates for the time being.

All of this that the OP typed is an awesome idea, but will need a mega-PC to render it all, which not all of us can afford.

maybe then ....make it allowed to be disabled before you load your city? then each of us could pick disasters on a personal level. i mean, why use a nuclear meltdown if we are using a city that doesn't have nuclear plants. then the processing and loading would be less and would give our laptops a break....rather than everything loading up and maybe half the stuff we don't even need for that particular city...LOL

Yeah, thats good. Not everyone might want to get his city destroyed by a disaster, where hours and hourse were spent. I personally would enable it. So people not owning high performance pc's and people not wanting to get their city destroyed can disable it, and the others leave it enabled.
And CO/Paradox can market this new feature.
=> It's a win win situation for everyone ;-)
