Hi everyone these are just a few ideas that popped into my head after playing a bit of common sense.
1. Since development can be improved by every type of monarch point perhaps coring could also be done with a combination of monarch points. Tax=Admin, Production=Diplo, Manpower=Mil. I understand if you want to keep admin as the coring monarch point.
2. The Mandate of Heaven was used to divide emperors into good and bad emperors based on how they acted. The Mandate of Heaven now is rather random and out of the players control, so I suggest adding in Mandate of Heaven events.
Have there be 3-4 options with each option giving a reward but the higher rewards adding a chance to lose the Mandate, and you could have events with no "safe" options. This way the player has a lot more agency in what happens, which seems to be a theme you guys have been focusing on.
