Hello, English-speaking community.
First of all, I want to apologize in advance for my English. Despite the fact that I translate mods for Russian-speaking players, I have little practice of live communication. Recently there was a discussion on our forum. One player gave vent to fantasy. And created several topics for discussion. I wanted to discuss two of them and I hope the developers will also see this article.

1)The first topic is late game crises and what are the problems with them at the moment.
You know in Stellaris there are three late game crises: Contingency, Extradimensional Invaders, Prethoryn Scourge (And Psionic in the single player game has its own personal crisis from shroud). The first crisis always appears. The last never !!!
One of the problems of the crisis pulls the big problem of AI and Stellaris. AI is silly. Even the Glavius mod is not able to fix it for real. So...
Due to the fact that all crises are reduced to confrontation Ai and against the player, ideas were suggested how to avoid the weak point of stellaris. There were such ideas:
  • I think everyone knows what a supernova explosion is. A model of crisis without confrontation was proposed! By 2400, the galaxy is overpopulated. All empires extract all possible resources from everywhere. Then a chain of events opens. In one of the systems, the star has grown old and turned into a supernova. The empire that possessed this system received one single message "the portal opened ..". What does it mean? If a player has a good relationship with an empire that has a star exploded, he will know all the information and be warned. if not, he will wait for it to happen to his systems. The author of the idea himself suggested this from the experience of the series Expansion. When a developed empire traveled through portals instantly. Having finished the idea, we got an empire that was afraid of new contacts and if it found a developed life, cut out this way. blasting stars. Or if you take the true intentions of the series, they tried to defend themselves from another race and destroyed the systems with them. Then they decided not to have contact with other races. Portals opened again and again. And randomly. It became clear that it would not help to stop the fleet. After all, the portals immediately after the opening closed shooting at a star. Contacts were needed to find a solution to prevent the destruction of the galaxy. And finding the algorithm for the emergence of portals. There are several options you can manage to talk before they hit the star. strike your weapon earlier and break the portal and think up more options)
  • The next crisis proposed is related to the warp theory. Over time, unstable zones appear in the galaxy. Warp storms, they interfere with the movement of flotillas on hyper corridors. Some even disappear without a trace! Sometimes storms reach the center of the systems and at that time any connection with them is lost. If you are lucky after the storm, the inhabited planets will remain intact there, and if not, then dead places will be in their place ... or this is one of the flood versions. When the entire population became infected and turned into monsters, and so on, all you need is to land a huge number of troops to clean up the planets for a new settlement. the rest of the development I will leave to your conjectures. But the idea was added that the Psionics could create shields around the planets. Which I can withstand storms.
  • Unfortunately, many ideas were monotonous. And so I will list them in brief. if somebody wants he can continue in comments. There were ideas related to time loops. When did first league systems appear in the galaxy, for example. Or a portal on the planet with your double started expanding into a wormhole. Where was your complete copy of the empire. Which went to war on this galaxy. They offered this crisis to those who managed to capture the entire galaxy.

Currently, players are polled at the Russian-speaking forum. What should be the crises? Late game crises should be designed in such a way that the players would be happy, that they survived and ended the game session. Or slightly moaned with the current crisis device. Now all who answer choose the first option.
The crisis of the late game should be able to put an end to the game !!!
At the moment, the developers of stellaris have bet on players who know how to create mods. The game’s architecture clearly indicates this. But crises are part of the game that the dismantlers have to do. If this article collects positive reviews and support, then I will ask a question in our Guild. Will we create a crisis?
Or take the first steps. Planning and fitting into the balance of the game.
The article came out large and took a long time to create. Therefore, the continuation of the gamers' dreams about megastructures will be later.
Thanks for attention.

I believe this was recently changed. What happens is, different things change how likely a Crisis is to fire. Lots of Synthetics and Machine Empires boosts the odds of the Contingency. Having the Jump Drives enables Extradimensionals, and the psi Jump Drive makes it more likely. The Prethoryn Scourge is basically the 'default' crisis if nothing's enabling the others. In this way, you can manipulate which crisis is more likely.
All empires extract all possible resources from everywhere.
This seems immersion breaking. Space is big, and there's a lot of stuff in it. The idea that we could fully extract everything in 200 years is... a bit much.

The rest of your idea, I'm sorry to say, I could not parse due to English not being your first language. But I'll end on this:
The crisis of the late game should be able to put an end to the game !!!
Well, it does. The Endgame Crisis is the 'Final Boss' of Stellaris. What comes after you beat the final boss? The credits. Either you beat the Crisis, sigh happily, and start a new game, or the Crisis destroys you and you get a downer ending.
