Note- EUIV mechanic
-Treaty of Westphalia helped establish nation state and the idea of sovereignty
-So to reflect this after religious league war in the HRE occurs there is a new addition to the top of the page with money, legitimacy, prestige etc called Nationalism
Nationalism is affected by 3 factors, prestige, legitimacy and provincial unrest, ticks up or down based on this much like money
-Nationalism affects coring cost on your own territory and is measured on 0-100, eg 100 nationalism = +50% enemy coring cost on your provinces and cost +25% warscore cost in peace deal
-This can be justified because after the treaty of Westphalia large scale taking of territory and conquering is unseen in Europe until napoleon
-Is balanced because more land you take = more unrest which = less nationalism, affects ai's too, may need balancing and etc
-Justification is treaty of Westphalia, one of the most important events in western and global history is largely overlooked in EUIV
-This only triggers in countries of Western culture
