- you need to have accurate order of battle setups for every day for the entire timespan of the game. leader assignments, division positions, level of available equipment and manpower etc
- you need to have accurate minister changes for every time this happens
- you need to have accurate resources, trades, convoys etc for at least every month of the games entire timespan
- you also need to probably have a database with occupation per day as well
new release date for HoI4 is now 2030
