The idea is to have most Duchy and some Counts Provinces Kingdoms, I mean all you have to do is change say all the Kingdom settings in the Province Folder from Germany to that Duchy's county or what ever, say for instance, Prussia, is under the Lithuanian kingdom lost or parts of it are, so take away that parts in the Province folder and add in the county that it is as a Kingdom, dont know if it makes it the a kingdom or not, but if that is the case we could have loads of Kingdoms instead of having a General make up of just Germany and Russia and Lithuania etc etc etc.... dont know if any one wuld like to try this.
