id is allready in use??

Hi all!
I have HoI 1.06c and then MdS 1.02 Alpha.
When i want to start a scenario, the systems shows a window, which says, that (very much) ids are allready in use??
When i ignore all, the Scenario starts but not with the beginning screen (start infos), it startet which the end screen ("we have faild the victry..).
Can you help me plz?

you have to run the no_time_limit mod on the HoI.exe in the mds directory. This will enable you to play outside the normal timeframe 1936-48.
