January 1941. Germany has France, Poland, Iran under control, and Iraq, Hungary, Egypt, Italy and Norway as allies (yes, UK DOW on Norway with no hope of success???). Here are the IC's for each major power (no significant bombing going on):

US - 540
GER - 230
SU - 332
UK - 135
Jap - 131
Italy - 71

Wow - Good to live in the US. Germany's IC seems real low. I think Germany should be at maybe 320 or so at this point. With the slow production and upgrade burdens I am having trouble seeing a successful Barbarossa, even with the southern front. When the US and Japan enter the ratio will be ~ 2:1. Any thoughts?

USA's Industrial Ouput was 2,6 higher as Germany's Industrial Output. Beating the SOV comes from Blitzkrieg not the ability to build more, Speed was the German Key.

Don't get to excited about US IC, they have no manpower and long build times for units. They also have allot to build to get to attack anyone. I have played them about 7 times and it is not so easy to get everything ready to fight. Having said that you need to worry about Nukes from the US more then anything else. The German IC is on pace for a no to low IC build at start. The main problem will be manpower not IC. The Soviets might have more IC but a very out dated army. You need to forget what you learned in earlier versions of HOI about IC spam, you are more limited by Manpower then IC now. The AI does a good job as Germany building units, but given they have Iran under control (How is it you got there?, I guess through your allied Iraq) I assume this is human controlled.
