I had a pretty interesting thought yesterday (well i thought it was interesting anyway), that maybe instead of only one type of IC, there should be multiple kinds. At the very basic level different ones for army, navy, and air force production. That way you can stop the "blast building" (as i call it) of a certain area of your armed forces with no regard for the others. that is in my view extremely unhistorical and frankly i dont think it was possible to do that. I do realize this is not implementable in HOI2, but possibly for a HOI3 if it is made. Anyway, what do you guys think?

What we really need is more sliders, army, navy and airforce, and nested sub sliders for different types of units. Units would just sort of birth themselves, like a pleasant surprise (look, its an armored division and we expected light cruisers!) Then the computer would calculate a penalty for abrupt shifts if you tried that.
