hey, Im not really sure if this is a bug or what? After defeateing france (homeland) and annexing Spain, ic points never really seemed to total up. I asumed it to be because of lack of rubber.. but wasnt very sure cause the IC points would flucuate from about 700 up to 1100 with the same amount rubber. Then after starting to play the game today my oil stockpile was down to - 200,000. Have you ever heard of this before?
