Just been thinking about a scenario I have watched develop...
The world has had its WW2 and there are no wars at present...the problem is you have countries- the UK for example, that are continually building units (according to whatever focus they have- in the case of the UK- naval)...
Anyway point being- the UK now has 19
full fleet carriers and untold other ships.
This is obviously a problem in 2 big ways-
1) Continual build up in peace time...hmm... I dont think so (at least not to that extent)
2) I seriously doubt the UK could have supported 19 active service fleet carriers. (and almost certainly did not have the yards to build them)
So, what about some sort of unit cap based on IC? Perhaps a unit per IC (such as 1 carrier per base 20 IC) for example...
Obviously havent thought this through completely yet but any thoughts?
