IC bug?

Is this a known thing?

Last night id just started the opening of my bombing campaign vs the Eastern US coast.

When I came back to my saved game today, all the IC is back to 100% from the regions d been focusing on.

Now, im pretty sure they were pretty hammered when I saved the game, they cant have rebuilt that quick....is this something others know about or is this a weird thing in my game/save?

If you haven't damaged their infrastructure they should rebuild relatively quickly. How much damage and how fast a rebuild are we talking?

It was only semi minor industrial areas, Miami springs to mind (7IC)

As far as I recall, thwy were down to .5 IC or so when I saved, on reload ttoday , Miami was back at 7...im pretty sure it was with the save.

Guess its easy to check, ill save and check tomorrow.


Regarding my Empire.

My Japanese control all Asia from China to the Suez. The Americans have been blasted out of the sea and the British likewise.

My next step though, is a planned invasion of the American West coast, with units staged in Panama and Bermuda ready to make landings of oppotunity on the East Coast, as and when opportunity arises to draw off pressure on my Landings in the West.

I have a very bad feeling, as the Yankees are entrenched with huge land forces....the Emporer however has commanded the invasion so it will begin in 1945. Its Dec 1944 atm and im reorganising and producing ready for the mother of all invasions. I need more Strategic Bombers and have a crash program started, ready to hammer the East coast industries which should also hamper American repsonse.
