What is your experience in invading USSR in IC-Armageddon with Germany?
its early June 1941 and I think I have to few units. I have now 114 German land units on the border of soviet/Russia.

Be quick or be dead.
Encircle as much as you can and reach Sverdlovsk ASAP.
Use your allies' troops and attack even against the odds.
Don't waste your time.
Use offensive supplies on your armor, don't let their org drop.
And don't leave gaps as you advance, your spearheads might get cut off.

what is it like compared to vanilla?

Higher number of provinces so bigger IC drain, but easier to flank but needs more micro.

In my first attempt I lost the eastern-front because Romanian forces was penetrated and my Hungarian allies has no leaders :-( because this old no laders problem stil exist if you dont save and reload when you annex and liberate. One day there will be a second attempt..

Why annex and liberate?
It will be much easier to have them as allies and mil ctrl their army...

The Russians caught me totally off guard. It is April of 40 and the Vichy France event just fired. I was getting ready for an attack on England, and then the Russians decide to declare war. I have most of my eastern provinces garrisoned with at least one INF division, but I am not holding my breath.

Curious to know if that by any chance signing the Molotov-Ribbontrop limited pact way back in pre-Danzig event has anything to do with Russia not having a non-aggression pact with me and hence declaring war on me so quick?
