i weird bug/erro im having with batle of bospurus

hello i am from argentina and i just bought batle of bospurus by steam, i downloaded and when i run the louncher with all dlc enable and no mods and when i want to play any of the nations like bulgaria, turkey or grece they dont have a foucus tree or anything i dont know what to do
