I though might be send me a epic code

How asking for the Product Keys of other platforms?

Get a refund from the platform your purchased it from.
Then go and purchase it on the epic store as it is the only place you will be able to get it.

True. But I'd wager most people don't realize that all platforms are not equal, or any of the reasons that one platform is better than another.

Plenty of posts from folks on Epic/MS Store/Origin wondering why they can't use the Steam Workshop, or wondering why they can't get more DLC.
