Seeing the quick responses I have another question that I didnt see in the website. I created the country and scenario.

Can someone explain the graphics. I have a the country but I need the flag. I got the flag and the shield in the proper places and under EAT tag like my country (Eastasia) I put it as a selectable under the 1984 Scenario (basically a 1936 copy) and put it as a first one. So how do I assign the graphics to my country so the flag appearS?

As of now when I select 1984 scenario my whole comp freezes! Im guessing because there is no graphic for my country.

I'm no graphics expert but I suggest going to the Victoria graphics forum and requesting a HoI flag and show a picture of the flag you want done. Also user made countries can't use standard three letters, they use the tags U01 (or if taken then U02) same with the minister and leader files

You can't create new tags. You have to use existing tags of the U00-U19 tags. So, instead of creating a country EAT; Eastasia, you'll have to use U00; Eastasia and rename the flag to flag_U00.bmp, and same thing for the shield.
