In the top left corner you can see a couple of buttons. From left to right they show you
1: All your provinces (map)
2: All your land armies (tank)
3: All your air units (airplane)
4: All you fleets (ship)
5: Battles
6: Undeployed units.

When you have an undeployed unit, click on button 6. Select a unit and you will see your map colour change. Click on a green province and your unit will be deployed there. You can only place a unit on the green provinces (core provinces).

It's very simple. Click the unit you want to redeploy. Then press CTRL on your keyboard. Then the right button of your mouse. You'll see this small screen. Then choose a province to redeploy the unit to and redeploy option in that small screen. The unit will go to the Force Pool first. In a number of days (the exact number depends on the distance between 2 provinces) you will see your unit already redeployed in the new province
