Holland is always a small nation with high income from trade and some colonies. As Holland you need to play the diplomatic game even more skilful than with a biggie.
The most simple thing is to befriend yourself with one that can protect you. Jus to mention one possibility we could examine say the Russians. I have heard that they are exceptionally trustworthy towards their friends. As it happens they are also the strongest nation. Thus, from an objective point of view, I believe the best for you is to put yourself under their protection. If you would for example offer to be a vassal under them I am sure they will do just about anything to protect you. There is for example a lot of German land to conuqer from Prussia and Austria, as both of them are enemies of Russia. In fact France is also an enemy of those two and thus you trhough friendship with Russia you would as well earn friendly relations with your southern neighbour.
