This game totally sucks!

The economy is unrealistic.
Some countries go with deficit all the time, while others can finance a whole country with 3 % tax rate.

You can't trade provinces.

Overall, I think the developers made the huge mistake of compromising gameplay with visual details.

Is there ANY way I can get my €40 back?

And this is based upon a couple of hours of gameplay? If you find things that you consider to be bugs, please report them insted of ranting in a thread...

No point posting here about that, contact who ever sold you the game and talk to them about it.

Rather than ranting, perhaps you could go into further detail as to exactly why you believe the economy is unrealisitc. What nation were you playing, and what problems were you having?

And it has been known for several weeks now that the basic unit of territorial acquisition will be the state, from the time Paradox made the decision public in one of the development diaries. No, it's not the most popular change they announced, but the change is not some secret popped on customers at the last minute either, and the demo if nothing else would have highlighted the change for you.

So please, restart the discussion without the hystrionics and we'll see if we can help you with your gameplay problems.
