So I'm playing a TfV game as Ireland and I become communist, join the Comintern, and declare war on the UK. I decide to boost party popularity in the UK's puppets to weaken the UK. India turns communist at some point (I wasn't paying close attention), but is still a dominion of the UK and therefore at war with the Comintern. India later became independent, but they are STILL part of the Allies and therefore at war with the Comintern. I thought colonies were supposed to have civil wars to break free from their masters when they change ideology, but that doesn't seem to have happened. Did they change ideology through election? I thought puppets couldn't do that. What gives?
