you are entitled to a functioning game with all developed features at time of purchase, not for features you wish they had more fleshed out.
+1. This something-for-nothing culture is pathetic.

Honestly tired of everyone saying all these functions will be dlc. It shall be free patch... please
i view it as i really neglected espionage I'm all the HOI titles, probably not smart but i still won my wars. IRL espionage helped but the war wasn't decided upon it. "breaking the enigma code was a game changer but i don't think it "won" the war for the allies
It's neither an accurate picture, nor covering state secrets. You don't see detail of whether the Soviets are building T34s, and what stats they are. You can discover things like how many of each factory type they have, estimated numbers of Divisions, ships and planes. If UK sees Germany building more naval dockyards, taking naval focuses, and the numbers of their ships starts increasing beyond historical levels then you can draw your own conclusions.Really? I must have dozed off at that point in the stream.. ) but in that case the OP's original question stands; it's hardly a fully-fledged espionage system if everyone has an accurate picture of each other's state secrets without huge trouble and expense. You think the devs are perfectly content with what they have, I think more will come later in a dlc - we'll see.
