I synced my profile with my Steam account, it doesn't show up on my profile though (I bought CK2 and some DLCs)

You can see those icons under your name here. That's all that sync does.

You can ignore what you see in the My Games page, it's pretty broken at present but does not affect anything else.

All that matters is what games are your Steam Library (to play) and in your forum Owned Items list.
