Story:
Playing as France. Build some radar. Germany declares war and wins. Taking all territory. After the war, I ( France) still get friendly radar bonus -as you can see- Is this real or am I misunderstanding something here?
Cant provide save game because game crash due to Steam Overlay.

All those territories belongs to Third Reich but radars were built by me.
