Wrong starting leader?

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Whenever i start my game as epirus but i don't start with Pyhrrus and cannot obtain him at all, i start with Mithridates Mithridatid. I have tried to re enable the epirus flavor back and re installed the game twice now but still no change and i see other people being able to start with Pyhrrus.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Have you tried deleting your "Imperator Rome"-folder under Documents/Paradox Imperator?
