Description of problem
When choosing a military commander, the pop-up box is empty

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

What game version are you running?
Livy

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After clicking on the new Military commander icon, the subsequent pop up box is empty, which means i have no way of assigning a leader

Thank you for reporting this.
We have seen this sporadically show up and before it has solved itself by doing a full reinstall of the game including actually deleting the folders, could you try this and get back to us in case it were to not work.
