Description of problem
Tiny Bit of the Sahara Desert on top of a mountain in the city of Satalka.

What platform are you playing on?

Hellenistic world flavor pack,

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
There' a little tiny circle of impassible terrain on top of one of the mountains in the city of Satalka, it has the culture/religion of the impassible areas of the Sahara desert and is caused by a single pixel of black (the Sahara colour) that obviously shouldn't be there in the provinces.bmp file. It looks odd and I think is messing up country name placements.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have unmodified version of the games provinces.bmp file.

Thinking about it, it's likely responsible for the strange name-placement of my empire...

Just wanted to update, I found the problem: There is a single pixel of black in that province in the provinces.bmp file. It's next to a lot of dark brown so I can see how it was missed. Took 2 seconds to fix once I learned where to look. So It's fixed for me personally at least.

I noticed another one just now while I was playing. Looked in the provinces.bmp and it's the same problem. This one was next to bright colours so it was easy to spot.
