Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When playing Frisien (german) I vassalized Eburonien after a war. Then I had a civil war, which was easily won. After that I notified that my vassal was being attacked by his neighbors. I havent been informed and he wasnt my vassal anymore. I dont know when he suddenly wasnt my vassal anymore.

At a guess it happened when your revolt triggered and knocked you below the 25 city threshold and changed your nation's rank to local power.
