Unwanted Ally bug and Dead Researcher

Hellenistic world flavor pack,
Epirus flavor pack

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.

Then it said I was allied to them when I am not:

I attacked the neighbor they were guaranteeing, they were listed to join against me, when war was declared they were my ally.

Also found another one where my researcher has dead for 30 years:

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Took a claim on a neighbor.
They went to war.
I noticed I could not declare war.
Hover tooltip stated that we were in a war together.
They are guaranteeing someone.
No CB war that guarantee.
They enter war on my side not their guarantee's
