Description of problem
Unlimited food for armies exploit/bug.

Hellenistic world flavor pack,
Epirus flavor pack,
Magna Graecia Content Pack

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Essentially the opposite of this bug:

Wherein, your army would magic a full supply of food upon using 'detach support' if you have less food than all of the extra capacity given by supply wagons; curiously enough, this has been the case ever since that other bug was fixed.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Get an army with at least one wagon and have its food stores be depleted to very low to none existent (must be below 50 as that's how much food one wagon can carry).
2) Click 'detach support'.
3) The army will magic a full food supply for itself but not the wagon.
