Unknown cultured provinces in Egypt and Cyprus

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

What game version are you running?
1.1 (Pompey - Beta)

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.

Epirus flavor pack

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Some provs in the Nile Delta and Cyprus have no culture, and produce no good and have unknown cultured pop(s).

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Load game, perhaps play a few years and look.

This might have been the case at start, not sure because I did not view those areas until after a few years.

Not the case at start and its very weird that it would happen after 6 years. Starting with egypt everything is fine and like its suppose to be. I also started with Rome just for testing and fast forwarded 6 years and i dont see this happening. As i just said, theres no reason, the files look also ok.

Plus you're also missing the tradegood icon where it suppose to be next to the terrain icon. Civ level is plain wrong and cant get from 40 from start to 0 after 6 years, pop amount also wrong, plus other things. Better check your files!

I reinstalled, with Pompey beta patch, and its still the same

Yes, very weird!? You even started with egypt and its 450 not one day pasted. Dont know what else could be wrong if your files are ok? \steamapps\common\ImperatorRome\game\common\province_setup.csv is in charge of those whats wrong for you.

btw. you can also check province_setup.csv, 7690 for instance.

Yes, I checked and it was like the line you posted. Weird that its still around, could be it a problem with the beta patch? And I validated files, reinstalled, and then revalidated.

Here is the error log, where it does have a part saying 10-20 provs dont have culture/religion...

For me its those btw.

Edit: Ok, well, nvm, thats on me and my tradegoods mod. I already altered the file for the 1.1 patch and edited over 7000 lines of code and i must have forgotten them, so all good now. ^^
And there are even more errors on your side i dont have at all.

Check your documents folder. If you have ever used the setup editor it will have saved a province setup file in your imperator documents folder that overrides whatever is in the games own files.
If this is not the cause then I’d suspect a mod (which works in a similar way).

I have never used setup editor though, and these buggy provs were with vanilla and no mods...

I deleted the prov setup, and reacquired it through steam's verify game files.

And it still has these bugged provinces/cities.

@Trin Tragula - Ok, I found the file in documents/Pdox/Imp/common. But I never even knew about the potential of that overriding the main one in the I:R files, nor did I know of its existence. Wish there was documentation to say to check this...

Its all good now.
