So I am in a war with Hermione and Epidauros as Argos. Whenever I siege down either of their forts it gives me the notification that the siege is won, gives the general something like 0.03-0.05 Popularity, and then the siege continues, un-won. This is the case with both forts, and leaving the siege and restarting it does not fix the problem. After this point, the siege will be "won" again every 1-2 siege phases, but the problem will continue.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
As far as I can tell, all you have to do is get to the point in a siege where you have won the siege. The first attached file is already at that point in the siege. The second is an autosave with the siege already in progress, but not yet at the point where it is won.
