Description of problem
Turning Mods On and Off is Broken

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

What game version are you running?
1.0.3

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.

Do you have mods enabled? Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When using the launcher to turn mods on and off, it doesn't work. You click "Manage Mods", enable/disable your mods, and click "Done", and all the mods you just enabled/disabled have reverted to how they were before. You have to do it three times before it takes.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Have some mods installed.
2. Launch the game.
3. In the launcher, click "Manage Mods"
4. Enable/Disable some/all of the mods you have installed.
5. Click "Done".
6. It doesn't work.
7. Do it two more times, and it will work on the third time.

Thanks for the report!

The issue has been added to our JIRA bug database.

For now, the workaround solution is to change the order of mods in the Manage Mods subtab, then manually activating and deactivating them via the 5 topmost shown in the main launcher area.

Just weighing in, that i have the same problem. And the workaround does nothing, I had to delete the mods completely.
