Truce with defeated countries remains in diplomacy screen

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When i wanted to check how long my truce with a specific country is going on, i saw that i am still in a truce with many countries, i already defeated like for example Messenia. Clicking on them leads to nothing tho, unlike clicking on the banners of "alive" countries, which leads to their diplomacy screen.
