The problem began with a bug that allowed the second born son of the ruler to have more friends than allowed. (He is called Artemidoros Antipatrid and got 9/1 friends.) Due to the incredibly high bonus through friendship, the succession law becomes irrelevant. Instead of solving the problem over time, this led to a crisis in the country that no war could ever have caused.
The generals become disloyal and lead their troops into the mountains to starve them to death. (Province Roxolanien) I really hope that this is bug and not intended.
