There is no "declarate war button" and "non existing war" is on diplomacy map

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

What game version are you running?
1.0.0 (Sulla)

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This happend only for one country. There is no "declarate war button" but when I click on diplomacy relations map mode I see that I`m fighting a war together with them (while I`m not). I`m in peace and I can easy trade.

I found this bug related questions here on forum but also on reddit and steam so it looks I`m not alone. Anyway to fix this instantly to I be able to continue game?

We have seen some reports related to this. I'd like to request a save file (ideally before the issue happened), so we can investigate it further on our end.

I`m sorry but is iron man mode and also this happend long time before I did notice this :-(

On other hand I played Rome for a long time and all works. It look that this related to Brittain area.

It may be tribal related, because it happened to me as Raumaricia

I also do believe it happened as a result of a civil war Suionia, my bugged ally, had ended. Unfortunately I have no saves as the Campaign started going poorly so I rage quit...

I have the same issue as menapia with 3-4 of my neighbours since 50 years. I think it happened when I became a greater power and my guarantees somehow didn't end.

Also notice threaten war against my southern neighbour also does not do anything...
