Description of problem
The game crashes since the 1.3 update on my Macbook Pro.

1.3.2 Livy
Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Do you have mods enabled? No
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Since the 1.3 update, the game has been consistently having a CTD when I select a nation in the campaign screen and click play. I'm running MacOS Catalina 10.15.2.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Open game
2. Select single player
3. Select any country then click the 'start' button
4. CTD
