Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack
Do you have mods enabled?
Yes
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The mod installed is just to enable the developer console to cheat on. I don't think it has any effect on the bug. After sending the Jewish scholars to Jerusalem through the "Judea Pacified" mission, the relic they brought back was bugged.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Play as Egypt
2. Choose "Secure Eastern Border" mission tree
3. Conquer the required provinces for the "Judean Matter"
4. Choose the mission "Judea Pacified" once required provinces are at 100% loyalty
5. Have the Jewish Scholars return to Jerusalem.
6. Fund them in the second event
7. The scholars will return after a certain period, after which the bugged relic will be in your treasury
