Sell City List Only Scrolls So Far

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack,
Epirus flavor pack
Do you have mods enabled? No
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Not a major bug at all, but after you own a lot of cities, you can no longer sell cities near the middle of the alphabet. The list only scrolls to around E forwards and P backwards.
(Similar to how the macrobuilder stops working in EU4 when you get too big)
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Own a lot of cities (probably starts happening around 3000+, my current game is 5244)
2. Try and sell a city.
