Seizing the ressources for the military in event " Autonomy " gives you Library (instead of a military-oriented building)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
IIRC, that outcome gave you a Fortress in the past and I supect that the 2.0 update somehow mixed up the attached building for this event:
Perhaps the root issue is the same for another event, which has a similar problem ( https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...ives-library-instead-of-grand-temple.1459576/ )
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Random event; save is with the event pending. Investigate event script.
