"Rising from Obscurity" event results in families without family names

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I conquered new lands and my country rank has risen from "local power" to "regional power", so I was supposed to get a new great family. The event proposed 4 characters, and 2 of them had no family names. I was curious what would happen so I picked a character with no family name, and that resulted in a great family that had no family name at all, all the boxes and flavour text that was supposed to have it listed had just blank space in place of a family name.
Bonus (can be seen on second screenshot): the event proposes to make a woman a new head of a prominent family, because she's a "self-made man". I, for one, am pleased to see the game doesn't assume characters' genders. Also it can be seen in the event choice tooltip that there's blank space in place of her family name. I think none of that is supposed to happen, as "Mixed gender rules" option is turned off for that save. I also attached the save where the event already fired for your convenience.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Upgrade your country rank.
2. Get "Rising from Obscurity" event.
3. Pick one of the minor characters that do not have a family name.
