While playing Dobunnia, I noticed that Votadinia had suffered a revolt. However, they were now at peace with their revolt, which had in fact vassalised the original Votadinia faction. The Votadinia Revolt faction had then gone on to suffer it's own revolt (Two Votadinia Revolt factions on the map, each with it's own colour).
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Watch for AI revolts and monitor as they are often not resolving correctly.
