Primary culture limited to freeman as Pontus

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When playing as Pontus and accepting Mithridates as the King of Pontus (which I expect to be the reason for this bug) my primary culture was set to freeman as the maximum level of pop promotion. This should not happen as this means I cannot promote any pops beyond this level, which severely limits my ability to develop the nation.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play as Pontus and accept Mithridates as your ruler and fuse Pontus with one of the neighboring countries (event driven).

I FOUND A FIX
This almost ruined my multiplayer game with my gf but what I did was this:

• Go to Steam game properties and add "-debug_mode" on Launch Options
• Open your savegame and check the number of Cappadocian pops you have
• Save with a different name

Above steps are necessary for the game to make the save file non-compressed and editable
Then:

• Go to Documents\Paradox Interactive\Imperator\save games
• Open your save file with Notepad++ or VSCode
• Ctrl+F to open search and look for:

culture="cappadocian"

Be careful because many countries have the cappadocian pops, that's why you need to know the number of pops so you can distinguish them.

• Simply change

pop_type="freeman"
to
pop_type="nobles"
Then add
integration_status=integrated
Below pop_count=x

• Save and drop the save in Imperator\save games
• Enjoy your fixed Pontus playthrough
