Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack

Do you have mods enabled?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Ironman mode on. Conquered all of Sicily and required islands. Agathokles I still alive. Potter to King Achievement not firing. Hugely disappointed, as this is my 6th try to get this achievement because I've had such god awful luck so far. I briefly looked into this issue, people reporting this achievement not firing since 1.4 last year, QA added it to JIRA database so it's possible you guys had fixed it and now broken it again with the massive changes to 2.0.

I also had a look in-game at the Achievements menu, it has all the requirements green-ticked when I hover over but when the achievement is still greyed out and says "Locked".

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Follow Achievement requirements, I also formed Sicily before conquering the remaining provinces for the achievement (according to the Imperator Wiki this is OK to do) or have a look at my save for yourself.

Open your in game achievement browser twice in a row from main menu, this should fix it. I got this achievement on 15th of February and had to do that for it to register.

This worked! Thank you! hopefully Paradox fix the achievements issue at some point.
