Performance went down

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

What game version are you running?
3.0

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack,
Epirus flavor pack

Do you have mods enabled? No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Performance went down. Before update game ran really smooth: 60 fps, no freezes or stutters. Now runs worse then eu4.

Also not all missions have pop up "can be competed".

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Launch the game and unpause it.
